Create Mei Mei kaya toast at home with our new kaya coconut jam. Based on the Nonya Kaya, this is made with fresh pandan leaves to give it that traditional green hue.

How to use:
Toast two slices of bread, add a thick layer of kaya jam on each inner side and add a thick slab (if you're feeling brave), of butter. Complete with soft boiled eggs on the side and a kopi (coffee), then you have the ultimate Singaporean breakfast!
